Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the kitchen team to deliver high-quality dishes
• Plan, design, and innovate menus that delight our guests
• Ensure all food preparation meets hygiene and safety standards
• Manage inventory, ordering, and kitchen operations efficiently
• Train, mentor, and develop junior chefs and kitchen staff

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a professional chef, preferably in a head chef role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent knowledge of food preparation, presentation, and safety standards
• Creative flair and passion for innovative cuisine
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain consistency in quality
