Key Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and supervise bartenders and bar support staff.
• Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to a high standard.
• Create seasonal cocktail menus and introduce innovative drink concepts.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and handle guest enquiries professionally.
• Monitor stock levels, place beverage orders, and minimise wastage.
• Oversee inventory control and conduct regular stock counts.
• Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and presentation of the bar at all times.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and responsible alcohol service regulations.
• Schedule bar staff and assist with shift planning.
• Monitor bar performance and recommend improvements to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Work closely with management to achieve operational and revenue goals.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Head Bartender, Senior Bartender, or Bar Supervisor.
• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, premium spirits, wines, beers, and beverage trends.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask under pressure.
• Experience with inventory management, stock control, and cost management.
• Cash handling and POS system experience.
