Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the bartending team during daily operations.
• Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Create and update signature cocktail menus.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate bartenders and bar support staff.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the bar.
• Ensure compliance with licensing, food safety, and responsible alcohol service regulations.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and resolve issues promptly.
• Monitor cash handling and assist with end-of-shift reconciliation.
• Work closely with management to improve service quality and beverage sales.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Head Bartender, Senior Bartender, or in a similar leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and beverage trends.
• Proven leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with inventory management and stock control.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and cash handling procedures.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
