Head Bartender

Job Description

Are you a skilled bartender with a passion for exceptional service and team leadership? We are seeking an experienced Head Bartender to oversee bar operations, inspire staff, and deliver outstanding guest experiences in a busy and energetic bar setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the bar team during service
• Prepare and serve beverages to a high standard
• Develop drink menus and recommend new offerings
• Train, mentor, and support bartenders and bar staff
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate inventory management
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and responsible alcohol service regulations
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve service issues professionally
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and efficiency behind the bar
• Manage opening and closing procedures
• Work closely with management to achieve sales and service goals

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Bartender with leadership or supervisory responsibilities
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and beverage service
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
• Experience with inventory control and stock management
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Good organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Relevant food and beverage certifications are an advantage
