We are looking for an experienced Head Barista to lead our coffee operations within a vibrant bar environment. Key Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and motivate the barista team to deliver excellent customer service.
• Prepare and serve premium coffee, espresso, and specialty beverages to high standards.
• Develop seasonal coffee menus and recommend new beverage offerings.
• Train new and existing baristas on brewing techniques, presentation, and customer engagement.
• Monitor coffee quality, consistency, and adherence to recipes.
• Oversee inventory levels for coffee beans, milk, syrups, and related supplies.
• Coordinate equipment maintenance and ensure espresso machines and grinders are in excellent working condition.
• Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and sanitation standards throughout the coffee station.
• Work closely with bar staff to ensure smooth coordination during busy service periods.
• Address customer feedback professionally and resolve service-related concerns.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior Barista, Lead Barista, or Head Barista.
• Strong knowledge of espresso preparation, brewing methods, coffee beans, and beverage presentation.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to train, coach, and inspire team members.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Experience with stock control, ordering, and waste reduction.
