We are looking for a passionate and experienced Head Barista to lead our coffee team, maintain exceptional beverage standards, and create memorable experiences for every guest who walks through our doors. Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the barista team during daily operations.
• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, espresso-based drinks, and specialty beverages.
• Train, coach, and support baristas to maintain consistent service and beverage standards.
• Monitor coffee quality, extraction, and presentation.
• Manage inventory levels and assist with ordering coffee beans, milk, and other supplies.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and equipment.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve service issues professionally.
• Assist in developing seasonal drinks and coffee promotions.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Barista with leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods, espresso extraction, and latte art.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to train, motivate, and lead a team effectively.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Experience operating commercial coffee machines and grinders.
• Passion for coffee culture and delivering outstanding guest experiences.
