We are looking for a confident and hands-on Head Barista to lead daily coffee operations, inspire a team, and deliver exceptional beverages and customer service in a fast-paced coffee shop environment. Responsibilities

• Oversee daily coffee bar operations and ensure smooth workflow during service hours
• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages with consistency and attention to detail
• Supervise, train, and mentor baristas to maintain excellent service standards
• Monitor coffee quality, brewing techniques, and presentation of beverages
• Manage stock levels for coffee beans, syrups, milk, and café supplies
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards within the coffee station
• Handle customer feedback professionally and create a welcoming atmosphere
• Support scheduling, shift coordination, and team performance improvement

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Barista, Senior Barista, or in a coffee shop leadership role
• Strong knowledge of espresso preparation, brewing methods, latte art, and coffee equipment
• Leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate staff
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage pressure during busy periods
• Strong attention to detail, cleanliness, and operational standards
