Job Description
We’re looking for a warm, personable, and organized Guest Service Agent to be the first smile our guests see when they arrive. If you love making people feel welcome and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be your perfect role!
Responsibilities:

Welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude.

Handle check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments efficiently.

Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns, ensuring a positive experience.

Maintain accurate guest records and manage reservations in the hotel system.

Coordinate with housekeeping and other hotel departments to meet guest needs.

Promote hotel services, amenities, and special offers to guests.

Resolve guest complaints calmly and effectively, turning challenges into positive experiences.
Qualifications:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Familiarity with hotel management software is a plus.

A professional appearance and friendly demeanor.

Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn can be just as valuable.
