Job Description

We’re looking for a warm, personable, and organized Guest Service Agent to be the first smile our guests see when they arrive. If you love making people feel welcome and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be your perfect role!

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude.

  • Handle check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments efficiently.

  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns, ensuring a positive experience.

  • Maintain accurate guest records and manage reservations in the hotel system.

  • Coordinate with housekeeping and other hotel departments to meet guest needs.

  • Promote hotel services, amenities, and special offers to guests.

  • Resolve guest complaints calmly and effectively, turning challenges into positive experiences.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

  • Familiarity with hotel management software is a plus.

  • A professional appearance and friendly demeanor.

  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn can be just as valuable.
