Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and provide excellent customer service
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- Respond to inquiries, reservations, and guest requests professionally
- Manage phone calls, emails, and front desk communication
- Address guest concerns promptly and escalate issues when necessary
- Process payments and maintain accurate guest records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to manage booking systems
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience is an added advantage
