A well-maintained outdoor environment creates the perfect first impression, and we are looking for a dedicated Groundskeeper to help keep our hotel’s exterior spaces clean, attractive, and welcoming. Key Responsibilities

• Mow, trim, and maintain lawns, hedges, shrubs, and flower beds.
• Plant, water, and care for trees, flowers, and other landscaping features.
• Remove weeds, fallen leaves, and litter from outdoor areas.
• Sweep walkways, driveways, entrances, and parking areas.
• Operate and maintain gardening tools and landscaping equipment safely.
• Apply fertilizers and other landscaping treatments when required.
• Monitor outdoor areas for hazards and report maintenance issues promptly.
• Assist with seasonal landscaping projects and general exterior upkeep.
• Support the maintenance team with outdoor tasks as needed.
• Follow health, safety, and environmental guidelines at all times.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in groundskeeping, landscaping, gardening, or a similar outdoor maintenance role is preferred.
• Practical knowledge of lawn care, plant maintenance, and landscaping techniques.
• Ability to operate landscaping equipment and basic hand tools safely.
• Good physical stamina and willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good time management and organisational skills.
• Dependable, proactive, and committed to delivering quality work.
