Groundskeeper

A well-established hotel is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Groundskeeper to maintain the beauty, cleanliness, and safety of our outdoor spaces. If you enjoy working outdoors and take pride in creating welcoming environments, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain lawns, gardens, pathways, and landscaped areas.
• Plant, trim, water, and care for flowers, shrubs, and trees.
• Operate and maintain gardening tools and equipment.
• Remove weeds, litter, and debris from hotel grounds.
• Ensure outdoor areas are clean, attractive, and safe for guests.
• Assist with seasonal landscaping projects and minor outdoor repairs.
• Monitor irrigation systems and report maintenance issues.
• Support special events by preparing outdoor spaces as required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Previous experience in landscaping, gardening, or grounds maintenance is an advantage.
• Knowledge of plants, lawn care, and basic horticultural practices.
• Ability to operate gardening and landscaping equipment safely.
• Good physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
