Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and dependable Fry Cook who enjoys working in a fast-paced restaurant environment. If you take pride in preparing crispy, delicious dishes and keeping your station organized, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and cook fried menu items according to recipes and quality standards
• Monitor oil quality and maintain fryers for optimal performance
• Ensure food is cooked safely and presented consistently
• Stock and organize ingredients and cooking supplies
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the fry station and surrounding work areas
• Assist with food preparation and kitchen duties as needed
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures
• Work closely with kitchen team members to ensure timely service

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Fry Cook, Line Cook, or similar kitchen role preferred
• Good understanding of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
• Ability to work efficiently during busy service periods
• Strong attention to detail and consistency
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift kitchen supplies when required
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented attitude
• Food safety certification is an advantage
