Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Fry Cook to join our restaurant team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working efficiently, maintaining high food quality standards, and contributing to a positive kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook fried menu items according to recipes and presentation standards
• Operate and maintain fryers and other kitchen equipment safely
• Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure food quality
• Prepare ingredients and stock cooking stations before service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and work areas
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures at all times
• Assist with inventory checks and stock rotation
• Work closely with kitchen team members during busy service periods

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Fry Cook, Line Cook, or in a similar kitchen role
• Good understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and consistency in food preparation
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
