Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and provide efficient check-in and check-out services.
• Handle room reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns in a professional manner.
• Process payments and maintain accurate billing records.
• Answer telephone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments.
• Provide guests with information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness.
• Maintain accurate guest records using the hotel’s property management system.
• Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, reporting, and record keeping.
• Uphold hotel policies, security procedures, and confidentiality standards at all times.

Qualifications

• Diploma, certificate, or equivalent qualification in Hospitality, Business Administration, Tourism, or a related field is an advantage.
• Previous experience in a front office, customer service, reception, or hospitality role is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel property management systems is an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and remain composed during busy periods.
• Professional appearance and a positive, welcoming attitude.
