Food Runner

Job Description

Do you enjoy fast-paced environments and take pride in delivering excellent service? We’re looking for a reliable and energetic Food Runner to join our restaurant team. In this role, you’ll help ensure meals are delivered quickly, accurately, and with care, helping create a smooth and enjoyable dining experience for every guest.

Responsibilities
• Deliver food orders promptly from the kitchen to guests’ tables
• Ensure dishes are presented correctly and match customer orders
• Assist servers in maintaining smooth restaurant operations during busy periods
• Communicate clearly with kitchen and front-of-house staff
• Help keep dining and service areas clean, organized, and guest-ready
• Respond professionally and politely to guest requests when needed

Qualifications
• Previous experience in hospitality, restaurants, or customer service is an advantage but not required
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Friendly attitude with a willingness to help guests and team members
• Ability to stand for extended periods and carry food trays safely
