Responsibilities

• Oversee all food and beverage operations to ensure exceptional service and quality.
• Lead, coach, and motivate restaurant staff to achieve high performance.
• Monitor service standards and implement improvements where needed.
• Manage inventory levels, ordering, and supplier relationships.
• Control food and beverage costs while maintaining quality standards.
• Develop staff schedules and ensure adequate coverage during operating hours.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and promptly.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to enhance menu offerings and dining experiences.
• Analyse sales reports, budgets, and operational performance to achieve business goals.
• Train new employees and support ongoing staff development.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Food and Beverage Manager or in a similar restaurant management role.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Solid knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety, and beverage service.
• Experience managing budgets, inventory, and cost control.
• Ability to analyse sales performance and implement improvement strategies.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in restaurant point-of-sale and inventory management systems.
