Responsibilities

• Oversee all food and beverage operations to ensure efficient daily service.

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate purchasing to control costs.
• Develop staff schedules and ensure adequate coverage during operating hours.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate employees to support professional development.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
• Handle guest feedback professionally and resolve service issues promptly.
• Collaborate with kitchen leadership to plan menus, promotions, and seasonal offerings.
• Prepare operational reports, monitor budgets, and identify opportunities to improve profitability.
• Implement standard operating procedures to maintain consistency across all restaurant services.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Food and Beverage Manager or in a senior restaurant management role.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety, and quality standards.
• Experience managing budgets, inventory, purchasing, and cost control.
• Ability to analyse operational performance and implement improvements.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications.
