Job Description

A well-established restaurant is seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Manager to oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth service delivery, strong team coordination, and a consistently high guest experience across all service areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate all food and beverage service activities within the restaurant
• Supervise service teams to ensure efficient, courteous, and timely guest service
• Monitor inventory levels, manage stock ordering, and reduce wastage
• Develop and enforce service standards, operational procedures, and hygiene practices
• Collaborate with kitchen leadership to align menu execution with guest expectations
• Handle budgeting, cost control, and revenue optimization strategies
• Address guest feedback promptly and maintain high satisfaction levels
• Train, mentor, and evaluate staff performance for continuous improvement
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
• Prepare operational reports and performance summaries for management review

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience in food and beverage supervision or management within a restaurant or hospitality setting
• Strong background in hospitality operations, service management, or related field
• Solid understanding of cost control, inventory systems, and revenue management
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team development skills
• Familiarity with food safety standards and hygiene compliance practices
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining service excellence
• Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving ability
• Formal training in hospitality, hotel management, or a related discipline preferred
