Food and Beverage Manager

Job Description

A busy dining venue is seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Manager to take charge of daily operations, service standards, and guest satisfaction across all dining and beverage outlets. This role blends leadership, coordination, and a strong eye for detail to ensure smooth service delivery and consistent quality. The successful candidate will oversee menu execution, staffing performance, stock control, and vendor relationships while maintaining a welcoming and efficient environment for guests and staff alike.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise all food and beverage operations within the restaurant
• Coordinate front-of-house and kitchen communication for seamless service
• Monitor inventory levels, ordering, and cost control measures
• Train, schedule, and evaluate service staff performance
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and quality standards in line with regulations
• Handle guest feedback and resolve service-related issues promptly
• Develop strategies to improve sales, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and operational procedures

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience in food and beverage management or a similar hospitality leadership role
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations, service flow, and cost management
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with inventory systems and hospitality management tools
• Relevant hospitality training or certification is an advantage
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and maintain high service standards
