Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Food and Beverage Manager or senior restaurant management role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
• Excellent understanding of restaurant operations, service standards, and inventory management.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
• Ability to analyze sales reports and make data-driven decisions.
