Food and Beverage Manager

A vibrant and growing restaurant is looking for an experienced and passionate Food and Beverage Manager to take charge of daily operations, elevate guest experience, and lead a high-performing hospitality team. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and knows how to bring consistency, quality, and energy to every service. You will oversee all food and beverage operations, ensuring smooth coordination between kitchen and front-of-house teams while maintaining excellent service standards and cost efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily food and beverage operations across the restaurant
• Lead, train, and supervise service staff to ensure high performance
• Maintain quality control for food presentation, taste, and service delivery
• Manage inventory, supplier relationships, and stock levels
• Develop and monitor budgets, cost control measures, and revenue targets
• Handle customer feedback and resolve service issues promptly
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
• Work closely with chefs and management to improve menus and guest experience

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a food and beverage supervisory or management role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good understanding of restaurant operations, cost control, and inventory systems
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
• Hospitality or related training is an advantage, but not mandatory with strong experience
