Floral & Décor Attendant

Job Description

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Floral & Décor Attendant to join our hotel team! If you love working with flowers, arranging beautiful displays, and helping create unforgettable experiences for our guests, this role is perfect for you.

Responsibilities:

• Design, prepare, and maintain floral arrangements throughout the hotel.

• Set up decorations for events, banquets, and special occasions.

• Ensure all décor areas are tidy, refreshed, and visually appealing.

• Manage floral inventory and place orders when necessary.

• Collaborate with the events and housekeeping teams to meet guest expectations.

• Maintain equipment and tools used in floral and décor activities.

Qualifications:

• Experience in floral design, décor, or a related field.

• Strong eye for detail and aesthetic sense.

• Ability to work under time constraints, especially during events.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Physically able to lift and arrange décor items safely.

• Passion for creativity and delivering excellent guest experiences.
