Floral & Décor Attendant

Job Description

There’s something special about walking into a space that feels alive, welcoming, and beautifully put together. That’s where you come in. We’re looking for a Floral & Décor Attendant who has an eye for detail and a genuine love for creating visually pleasing environments within our hotel.

Responsibilities

• Arrange fresh flowers and maintain floral displays across guest areas
• Assist with seasonal and event-based décor setups
• Ensure all decorative elements are clean, fresh, and well-positioned
• Monitor and replace wilted or damaged arrangements promptly
• Support room styling for special occasions and VIP guests
• Work closely with housekeeping and events teams

Qualifications

• Experience in floral arrangement or interior décor is an advantage
• A creative mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Good time management and organizational skills
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
