Responsibilities

• Design and set up floral arrangements for rooms, lobbies, and event venues
• Maintain fresh flowers and decorative elements to ensure visual appeal at all times
• Assist in styling banquet halls, reception areas, and themed setups
• Monitor floral inventory and coordinate timely replacements
• Work closely with events and housekeeping teams to deliver cohesive aesthetics
• Ensure cleanliness and proper handling of all decorative materials

Qualifications

• Strong eye for color balance, arrangement, and spatial design
• Experience in floral styling, décor setup, or event decoration is an advantage
• Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced hospitality environments
• Good sense of creativity with attention to fine visual detail
• Team-oriented mindset with clear communication skills
• Physically able to handle light lifting and extended standing during setup tasks
