We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Floral & Décor Attendant to help bring that feeling to life every day. If you enjoy working with flowers, styling spaces, and creating visually pleasing environments, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

• Arrange fresh flowers and decorative displays for lobbies, guest rooms, event halls, and dining areas
• Maintain floral supplies, ensuring arrangements remain fresh, clean, and presentable
• Support event setup with themed décor, centerpieces, and room styling
• Collaborate with housekeeping and events teams to achieve consistent visual standards
• Replace and refresh floral arrangements as needed throughout the day
• Assist in sourcing, preparing, and storing flowers and décor materials
• Ensure all decorative areas meet the hotel’s aesthetic and brand standards
• Report damaged décor items and support basic inventory tracking

Qualifications

• Prior experience in floral arrangement, décor styling, hospitality, or event setup is an advantage
• Strong eye for colour coordination, balance, and visual presentation
• Creativity and willingness to experiment with design ideas while maintaining elegance
• Good time management and ability to work under minimal supervision
• Physical ability to stand, lift light items, and move décor materials when needed
• Attention to detail and consistency in presentation standards
• Team spirit and good communication skills
• Basic knowledge of flower care and handling techniques is a plus
