Do you have a creative eye for design and a passion for creating beautiful spaces? We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Floral & Décor Attendant to help maintain elegant floral arrangements and decorative displays throughout our hotel. If you enjoy working with flowers, décor elements, and creating welcoming environments for guests, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Create, arrange, and maintain fresh floral displays in guest areas, event spaces, restaurants, and reception areas.
• Ensure all floral arrangements and decorative elements remain attractive, fresh, and well-presented.
• Assist with the setup and breakdown of décor for weddings, conferences, banquets, and special events.
• Monitor inventory of flowers, plants, vases, ribbons, and décor materials.
• Coordinate with event and housekeeping teams to ensure décor standards are met.
• Water and care for indoor plants and floral installations throughout the property.
• Replace damaged or wilted flowers promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the floral preparation and storage areas.
• Follow hotel standards for aesthetics, safety, and quality.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in floral arrangement, event décor, hospitality, or a related role is an advantage.
• Creative flair with a strong sense of color, design, and presentation.
• Knowledge of flower care, handling, and arrangement techniques.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to lift and move floral supplies, décor items, and equipment when required.
