Job Description

Step into a space where creativity meets hospitality. We are looking for a detail-driven and imaginative Floral & Décor Attendant to help shape the visual charm of our hotel. From fresh floral arrangements to elegant event setups, you will play a key role in creating memorable guest experiences through thoughtful design and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain fresh floral arrangements for guest rooms, lobbies, restaurants, and event spaces
• Support the setup and styling of banquets, weddings, and special hotel events
• Ensure all décor elements align with the hotel’s brand aesthetic and seasonal themes
• Monitor flower freshness, replace arrangements as needed, and manage proper storage
• Coordinate with housekeeping and events teams to ensure timely décor placement
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the floral workspace and storage areas
• Assist in sourcing flowers, vases, and decorative materials when required
• Follow hotel standards for safety, hygiene, and presentation

Qualifications

• Previous experience in floral arrangement, décor styling, or hospitality design is an advantage
• Strong creative sense with attention to color, texture, and detail
• Ability to work early mornings, weekends, or during events when needed
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Physically able to handle flowers, décor materials, and light lifting tasks
• Basic knowledge of flower care, preservation, and arrangement techniques
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to hotel standards
