There’s something special about walking into a hotel lobby and instantly feeling the mood set by fresh flowers, elegant arrangements, and thoughtful décor. We’re looking for a Floral & Décor Attendant who can help create that exact feeling every day. If you have an eye for beauty, detail, and atmosphere, this role might be a perfect fit. You’ll be responsible for maintaining floral arrangements, refreshing decorative setups, and ensuring all public and event spaces always look welcoming, polished, and visually balanced. From lobby displays to banquet setups, your touch will help shape the guest experience in subtle but powerful ways.

Responsibilities

• Design, arrange, and maintain fresh floral displays across hotel areas
• Ensure all décor elements in lobbies, rooms, and event spaces are clean and well-presented
• Replace wilted flowers and manage inventory of floral supplies
• Support event setup teams with themed decorations and styling
• Follow hotel branding guidelines when creating arrangements
• Work closely with housekeeping and events teams to maintain visual standards
• Monitor storage conditions for flowers and décor materials

Qualifications

• Previous experience in floral arrangement, décor, or hospitality styling preferred
• Strong sense of colour, balance, and visual composition
• Ability to work early shifts, weekends, and during events when required
• Good attention to detail and pride in presentation
• Physically able to handle light lifting, standing, and moving décor items
• Creativity and willingness to learn hotel styling standards
• Team-oriented attitude with good time management
