Floor Supervisor

Job Description

We are looking for a confident and organised Floor Supervisor to join our hotel team and keep daily floor operations running smoothly. If you enjoy working with people, solving problems quickly, and making sure every guest receives excellent service, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Supervise floor staff and coordinate daily activities.
• Monitor guest service and respond promptly to requests or concerns.
• Ensure rooms, public areas, and assigned spaces meet hotel standards.
• Support staff with task allocation, shift coordination, and performance guidance.
• Handle guest complaints professionally and find practical solutions.
• Communicate operational updates between team members and management.
• Monitor cleanliness, presentation, safety, and service quality.
• Assist with training and onboarding of new team members.
• Prepare shift reports and communicate important incidents to management.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous supervisory experience in a hotel or guest service environment.
• Strong communication and people-management skills.
• Good organisational and time-management abilities.
• Confident handling guest concerns and workplace challenges.
• Attention to detail with a strong commitment to service standards.
• Professional, approachable, and dependable attitude.
