Floor Supervisor

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Floor Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our housekeeping team and ensure every guest room and public area reflects the highest level of cleanliness, comfort, and presentation. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of room attendants and housekeeping staff.
• Inspect guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to ensure cleanliness and quality standards are consistently met.
• Assign daily work schedules and monitor task completion.
• Train, coach, and support housekeeping team members to improve performance.
• Ensure housekeeping supplies, linens, and equipment are properly stocked and maintained.
• Report maintenance issues and coordinate with the maintenance team for timely repairs.
• Handle guest requests and resolve housekeeping-related concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate housekeeping records and inspection reports.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hotel cleanliness standards.
• Assist with inventory control and ordering of housekeeping supplies when required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Floor Supervisor, Housekeeping Supervisor, or in a similar supervisory role within a hotel.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
• Knowledge of housekeeping procedures, cleaning techniques, and safety practices.
• Proficiency in completing inspection reports and maintaining operational records.
