Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of housekeeping or assigned floor staff to maintain hotel standards
• Ensure guest rooms, corridors, and public areas are clean, organized, and presentable
• Monitor staff performance and provide guidance to maintain efficiency and quality service
• Handle guest requests, concerns, and complaints professionally and promptly
• Conduct routine inspections and report maintenance or repair issues when necessary
• Assist with staff scheduling, task delegation, and shift coordination
• Ensure safety, hygiene, and hotel policies are followed at all times
• Support training and onboarding of new team members

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality, housekeeping supervision, or hotel operations is an advantage
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities
• Attention to detail with strong organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Problem-solving mindset with a guest-focused attitude
