Responsibilities

• Supervise daily housekeeping operations across assigned guest floors.
• Inspect guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to ensure cleanliness and quality standards are met.
• Lead, motivate, and support room attendants and housekeeping team members.
• Assign daily work schedules and monitor task completion.
• Report maintenance issues promptly and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
• Ensure guest requests are handled efficiently and professionally.
• Maintain housekeeping supplies and coordinate inventory replenishment.
• Train new team members on cleaning procedures, safety practices, and service standards.
• Enforce health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.
• Prepare daily reports and communicate operational updates to management.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Floor Supervisor, Housekeeping Supervisor, or in a similar supervisory role within a hotel.
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping procedures, cleaning standards, and guest room inspection.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Familiarity with housekeeping equipment, cleaning products, and safety practices.
