Flair Bartender

Job Description

Our bar is all about great drinks, lively energy, and memorable nights. We are looking for a confident and creative Flair Bartender who can combine excellent bartending skills with entertaining flair techniques. If you can keep the drinks flowing while keeping guests engaged, we would love to have you on our team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, beers, and other beverages to a high standard.
• Perform flair bartending techniques safely and confidently.
• Create an energetic and engaging atmosphere for guests.
• Take drink orders accurately and provide friendly, attentive service.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked bar area.
• Recommend drinks and suggest creative cocktail options to guests.
• Follow responsible alcohol service and workplace safety procedures.
• Work closely with the bar team to deliver smooth service during busy periods.
• Handle glassware, bar equipment, and ingredients with care.
• Assist with opening, closing, and routine bar duties.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a bartender, flair bartender, or in a similar bar role.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, mixers, and bar equipment.
• Demonstrated flair bartending skills and good hand-eye coordination.
• Confident communication and excellent customer service abilities.
• Ability to remain composed and efficient during busy shifts.
• Creative, energetic, and comfortable performing in front of guests.
• Good teamwork and time-management skills.
• Ability to follow hygiene, safety, and responsible service standards.
• Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
