Bring energy, creativity, and precision behind the bar as our Flair Bartender. We are looking for a confident professional who can combine impressive bottle-flipping techniques with excellent drink preparation and engaging guest service. The ideal candidate will create memorable bar experiences while maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Perform flair bartending techniques safely and confidently.
• Prepare cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages according to established standards.
• Engage guests through entertaining and professional bar performances.
• Maintain an organised, clean, and well-stocked bar area.
• Recommend drinks and provide knowledgeable service to guests.
• Monitor stock levels and communicate replenishment needs.
• Follow responsible beverage service and workplace safety procedures.
• Support fellow bar team members during busy service periods.
• Handle glassware, equipment, and bar tools carefully.
• Maintain consistent presentation, speed, and quality throughout service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a bartender, flair bartender, or similar bar role.
• Strong knowledge of cocktail preparation and bar operations.
• Demonstrated ability to perform flair techniques confidently and safely.
• Excellent communication and guest-service skills.
• Good knowledge of beverage presentation and garnishing techniques.
• Ability to remain composed and efficient during busy periods.
• Strong attention to cleanliness, organisation, and detail.
• A recognised bartending or mixology certification is an advantage.
