Flair Bartender

Job Description

We are looking for a Flair Bartender who can mix, serve, and entertain with confidence. If you enjoy putting on a show while keeping every drink on point, this could be the perfect role for you.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and serve cocktails, spirits, and other beverages to a high standard.
• Perform flair bartending techniques to entertain guests.
• Create an energetic and engaging atmosphere behind the bar.
• Take customer orders and recommend drinks based on preferences.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked bar area.
• Handle bar equipment, glassware, and ingredients responsibly.
• Process payments accurately and follow bar procedures.
• Work closely with the bar team to keep service smooth during busy periods.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a bartender, flair bartender, or in a similar bar role.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, mixers, and bar service.
• Confident flair bartending and presentation skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to remain calm, friendly, and efficient during busy shifts.
• Good knowledge of responsible alcohol service practices.
• Creative, energetic, and comfortable performing in front of guests.
• Professional appearance and a strong team spirit.
