Our bar is a lively destination built around expertly crafted drinks, engaging service, and memorable nights. We are looking for a talented Flair Bartender who can combine strong bartending technique with creativity, confidence, and entertaining presentation. The successful candidate will bring energy behind the bar while maintaining excellent drink quality, responsible service, and a welcoming atmosphere for every guest.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, spirits, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages to a high standard.
• Perform flair bartending techniques safely and confidently during service.
• Engage guests through entertaining and professional bar presentations.
• Maintain an organised, clean, and well-stocked bar station.
• Follow recipes, portion standards, and presentation guidelines consistently.
• Monitor guest needs and provide attentive, knowledgeable service.
• Handle glassware, bar equipment, and bottles carefully.
• Support inventory checks and minimise product waste.
• Process orders and payments accurately when required.
• Follow responsible alcohol service, hygiene, and safety procedures.
• Collaborate effectively with bartenders, servers, and other bar staff during busy periods.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a bartender, flair bartender, or in a similar bar service role.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, mixers, garnishes, and bar equipment.
• Demonstrated ability to perform flair techniques safely and professionally.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Confident, energetic, and engaging personality.
• Good knowledge of responsible alcohol service and workplace safety.
• Ability to remain composed and efficient during busy shifts.
• Professional appearance and strong attention to cleanliness.
• Bartending, mixology, or beverage-service certification is an advantage.
