Flair Bartender

Job Description

Our bar is built around great drinks, energetic service, and memorable nights. We are looking for a talented Flair Bartender who can combine creativity, precision, and showmanship while maintaining excellent service standards. The successful candidate will bring confidence behind the bar, engage guests with impressive flair techniques, and ensure every drink is prepared and served professionally.

Responsibilities

• Perform safe and engaging flair bartending techniques during drink preparation and service.
• Prepare cocktails, mixed drinks, and beverages according to established recipes and presentation standards.
• Create an entertaining atmosphere while maintaining professional guest service.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, confident, and respectful manner.
• Maintain an organised, clean, and fully stocked bar area throughout each shift.
• Handle bottles, glassware, bar tools, and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Monitor stock levels and communicate replenishment needs to the bar supervisor.
• Process orders accurately and manage payments when required.
• Follow responsible beverage service practices and applicable bar policies.
• Support the wider bar team during busy periods and special events.
• Maintain consistent drink quality, presentation, and service speed.
• Participate in cleaning, closing, and bar preparation duties.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a bartender, flair bartender, or in a similar bar role.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, mixers, and standard bar techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to perform flair bartending techniques confidently and safely.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Good hand-eye coordination, timing, and attention to detail.
• Ability to remain composed and efficient during busy service periods.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and a positive, energetic attitude.
• Basic knowledge of stock control and responsible beverage service.
• Bartending or mixology training is an advantage.
