Job Description

We are looking for a talented Flair Bartender who can combine precision, speed, and entertaining flair techniques while delivering outstanding customer service in a vibrant setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to high quality standards.
• Perform flair bartending routines safely and professionally to enhance the guest experience.
• Recommend signature cocktails and beverages based on customer preferences.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and fully stocked bar throughout service.
• Monitor inventory levels and notify management when stock replenishment is needed.
• Verify customers’ age where required and promote responsible beverage service.
• Handle cash and electronic payments accurately.
• Build positive relationships with guests to encourage repeat visits.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and bar operating procedures.
• Work closely with the bar team to ensure efficient service during busy periods.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Flair Bartender or Bartender in a busy bar.
• Demonstrated ability to perform flair techniques confidently and safely.
• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and beverage presentation.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
• Strong teamwork and multitasking abilities.
• Professional appearance and a positive, energetic attitude.
