A lively and fast-paced bar is seeking a talented Flair Bartender who can combine exceptional drink-making skills with captivating performance techniques. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging guests, creating memorable experiences, and delivering high-quality beverages while maintaining efficiency during busy service periods.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to a high standard.
• Perform flair bartending routines confidently while ensuring safety and accuracy.
• Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner to enhance their experience.
• Maintain excellent knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and beverage trends.
• Keep the bar clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout each shift.
• Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages promptly.
• Verify guests’ age where required and serve beverages responsibly.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
• Work closely with bar staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and health regulations at all times.
• Assist with opening and closing bar procedures.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally while maintaining a positive atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Flair Bartender or Bartender with demonstrated flair skills.
• Proven ability to perform bottle, shaker, and bar tool tricks safely and confidently.
• Strong knowledge of cocktail preparation, mixology techniques, and beverage presentation.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain composed in a high-volume environment.
• Good teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift bar supplies when needed.
