A vibrant bar is looking for a talented Flair Bartender who can combine exceptional drink preparation with entertaining flair techniques to create memorable guest experiences. Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to a high standard.
• Perform safe and engaging flair bartending routines while serving guests.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Recommend cocktails and beverages based on guest preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area throughout each shift.
• Monitor stock levels and notify management when supplies need replenishing.
• Verify guests’ age where required and serve alcohol responsibly.
• Handle cash and electronic payments accurately.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and bar operating procedures.
• Work closely with team members to ensure efficient service during busy periods.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Flair Bartender or Bartender in a busy bar.
• Demonstrated flair bartending skills with the ability to perform safely and confidently.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and beverage presentation.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in a high-volume environment.
• Strong multitasking and organisational abilities.
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
