Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to high standards.
• Perform flair bartending routines safely while maintaining speed, accuracy, and professionalism.
• Interact with guests in a friendly and engaging manner to enhance their overall experience.
• Recommend cocktails, premium spirits, wines, and other beverages based on guest preferences.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar throughout each shift.
• Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages or breakages promptly.
• Ensure all garnishes, mixers, and bar ingredients are prepared and replenished.
• Follow responsible alcohol service practices and verify guests’ age where required.
• Process customer orders and payments accurately using the point-of-sale system.
• Adhere to health, safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
• Collaborate with fellow bartenders, servers, and management to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist with opening, closing, and routine bar maintenance duties.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Flair Bartender, Bartender, or in a similar bar role.
• Demonstrated flair bartending skills with the ability to perform entertaining routines safely.
• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, mixology techniques, spirits, beers, wines, and bar equipment.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy, high-volume environment.
• Strong multitasking and time management abilities.
• Cash handling and point-of-sale system experience is an advantage.
• Professional appearance and a positive, energetic attitude.
• Relevant bartending, mixology, or responsible alcohol service certifications are an advantage.
