Flair Bartender

Job Description

There’s a certain energy behind a bar that turns an ordinary night into something unforgettable. We’re looking for a Flair Bartender who can blend skill, showmanship, and personality into every pour, shake, and spin. If you enjoy entertaining guests while crafting great drinks, this could be your stage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with speed and accuracy
• Perform flair bartending techniques such as bottle flips, spins, and creative pours during service
• Engage customers in a lively, professional, and friendly manner
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area at all times
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control
• Ensure responsible alcohol service in line with house policies
• Work closely with other bar staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a bartender, preferably with flair or high-energy bar service exposure
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and beverage preparation techniques
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and confidence performing under pressure
• Good communication and customer engagement skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Responsible, punctual, and team-oriented attitude
• Basic understanding of hygiene and bar safety standards
