A lively bar atmosphere deserves someone who can do more than mix drinks. We’re looking for a confident, energetic Flair Bartender who knows how to entertain guests, deliver excellent service, and keep the energy flowing behind the bar. Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages professionally
• Perform flair bartending techniques while maintaining speed, safety, and quality service
• Engage guests with a warm, upbeat, and welcoming attitude
• Recommend drinks and create a fun, memorable customer experience
• Keep the bar area clean, organized, and fully stocked
• Monitor drink quality and presentation standards
• Handle customer requests and concerns professionally
• Work closely with the bar team to maintain smooth operations during busy hours

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a bartender or flair bartender is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of drink preparation, cocktails, and bar service standards
• Confidence in bottle handling, drink presentation, and performance techniques
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain composed under pressure
• Energetic, team-oriented, and professional attitude
