We’re on the lookout for a high-energy Flair Bartender who knows how to turn drink-making into a performance. If you can shake, spin, pour, and entertain while keeping guests smiling, this role is made for you. This is more than mixing drinks, it’s about creating a vibe people remember.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with speed and style
• Perform flair techniques such as bottle flips, spins, juggling, and creative pouring safely
• Engage with guests and create a lively, entertaining bar atmosphere
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area during and after service
• Manage drink orders accurately even during busy periods
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages when needed
• Follow responsible serving practices at all times

Qualifications

• Strong experience in bartending or beverage service
• Confident flair skills or willingness to learn advanced techniques
• Great hand-eye coordination and multitasking ability
• Friendly personality with strong communication skills
• Ability to stay calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented attitude with a strong sense of timing and presentation
• Passion for hospitality and customer experience
