Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverages with speed, accuracy, and consistency
• Perform flair bartending techniques while maintaining safety and professionalism
• Deliver friendly, engaging customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere
• Recommend drinks and suggest menu pairings to guests
• Keep the bar clean, organised, and fully stocked throughout service
• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages when necessary
• Follow hygiene, safety, and responsible alcohol service standards
• Handle customer concerns professionally and maintain a positive experience

Qualifications

• Previous bartending or hospitality experience preferred
• Flair bartending skills or willingness to demonstrate performance techniques
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a busy, fast-paced setting
• Good understanding of beverage preparation and bar operations
• Confident, outgoing personality with a professional attitude
• Team player with strong attention to detail
