Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with speed and consistency
• Perform flair bartending techniques to entertain guests while maintaining safety and professionalism
• Engage warmly with customers and create a fun, welcoming atmosphere
• Recommend drinks and menu pairings based on guest preferences
• Keep the bar clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout shifts
• Follow hygiene, health, and beverage service standards
• Work closely with team members to deliver excellent guest experiences during busy periods

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a bartender, preferably in a busy bar or nightlife setting
• Flair bartending skills with confidence performing bottle tricks and drink presentation techniques
• Friendly personality with strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Good understanding of beverages, cocktails, and bar operations
• Team-oriented attitude with attention to cleanliness and detail
