Flair Bartender

Job Description

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Perform flair bartending routines while maintaining excellent service
• Engage guests with a friendly and professional attitude
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control
• Follow all safety and hygiene standards
• Handle customer orders accurately and efficiently during busy hours

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a bartender or flair bartender
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and drink preparation
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Confident performing flair techniques in a fast-paced setting
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude
• Neat appearance and professional conduct
