Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with speed and consistency
• Perform flair bartending routines that entertain and engage guests
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area
• Recommend cocktails and drinks based on guest preferences
• Deliver friendly and professional customer service at all times
• Handle payments accurately and follow bar procedures
• Work closely with team members during busy service periods

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a bartender in a bar, lounge, or nightlife setting
• Flair bartending skills and confidence performing in front of guests
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and bar operations
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Smart appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to stay calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment
