A busy kitchen thrives on coordination, timing, and precision, and that is exactly where our Expediter comes in. We are looking for a calm, detail-focused individual who can act as the vital link between the kitchen and the dining area, ensuring every plate leaves the pass perfectly prepared and on time.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate communication between kitchen staff and front-of-house team
• Ensure all dishes are correctly plated, garnished, and match guest orders before service
• Organize and prioritize ticket orders to maintain smooth kitchen flow
• Monitor timing so meals are delivered hot and fresh
• Resolve order discrepancies quickly and professionally
• Maintain cleanliness and order at the pass station
• Support chefs during peak service periods to ensure efficiency

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy service hours
• Basic understanding of food orders, kitchen flow, and service timing
• Positive attitude and calm demeanor in fast-paced situations
